feat: support for 2.1.0 version of spec #362

Description

Changes proposed in this pull request:

Support for 2.1.0 version of spec.

Added stuff:

  • humanize new security schemas like scramSha256, scramSha512 and gssapi.
  • render name and summary from message.examples field.
